Welcome to Atlanta Sneaker Club. This website is operated by Atlanta Sneaker Club. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Atlanta Sneaker Club. Atlanta Sneaker Club offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site, purchasing footwear from us, or shopping at our store at 868 M.L.K. Jr. Dr. SW, Atlanta, GA 30314, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Section 1 — Online store terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including payment information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Payment information is processed securely by our payment providers and is never stored on our servers. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.
Section 3 — Accuracy and timeliness of information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information.

Prices for our footwear are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice. All transactions and prices on our website are processed and listed in US Dollars ($).
Section 5 — Products or services
Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website, and certain products may be available exclusively in our Atlanta store. Stock shown online reflects pairs physically held by us, but availability can change between your order and our final inspection.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. Actual colorways may vary slightly depending on your screen.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and to limit the quantity of any item sold to a single customer.
Section 6 — Authenticity
Every pair we sell is inspected in our Atlanta shop before it is listed or shipped. Any pair that fails inspection is rejected and never enters our stock.
We sell genuine branded footwear. We are not an authorized dealer of, and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by, any of the brands whose products we sell. All trademarks, brand names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
Section 7 — Shipping and delivery terms
We are committed to clear and transparent shipping practices for our customers in the United States. We provide **free shipping on all orders**, with no minimum. Our order cutoff time is **5:00 PM ET**. Orders require a processing time of **1 to 2 business days**, followed by a shipping time of **4 to 6 business days**. The total estimated delivery time for your order is **5 to 8 business days**. We ship with FedEx and provide a tracking number for all shipments. Section 8 — Billing and payment conditions
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payment is taken at the time you place your order. All charges are applied in US Dollars ($) with no hidden fees. Section 9 — Returns, exchanges and cancellations
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. Customers have a return window of **30 days** from the date of delivery, or from the date of pickup for in-store collection. There is a **$0 restocking fee**.
Pairs must be unworn and returned in their original shoebox. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in cases of change of mind or ordering the wrong size. Returns and exchanges made in person at our Atlanta store are free.
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, the refund processing time is **7 business days**, and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, as set out in our [Refund Policy](/policies/refund-policy).
If you need to cancel an order, our cancellation window is **within 24 hours** of placing the order, provided the order has not already been dispatched.
Section 10 — Personal information
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our [Privacy Policy](/policies/privacy-policy).
Section 11 — Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to submit false or misleading information; (f) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
